How can I open an account with Nikshan online?

If you wish to open an account with Nikshan Online, you can do that by following any of the ways given below. Both are simple and easy to execute.

From the ‘Register’ options at Home Page

  • You can click on the ‘Register’ option on the homepage, which will take you to the ‘Account Registration’
  • You will have an option there to enter your ‘Email Address’, which will be your ‘Username’ for the account. Once the email address is entered, then choose a suitable ‘Password’ that you prefer to use to secure the account.
  • Once these details are filled out, click on ‘Proceed’ to complete the process of registration.

From the ‘Check-out Page’ while buying from us for the first time

  • As you confirm your first order from Nikshan Electronics on our Shopping Cart, click on the ‘Checkout’ option to proceed to the ‘Account Login’
  • Since you don’t have an account with us, it will ask you to enter an ‘Email Address’ that you would like to use as the ‘Username’.
  • Once the email address is entered, a ‘Temporary Password’ will be sent to the email address. Using this, you can log in to the account and complete your checkout process.
  • You can change the temporary password from ‘My Account’ section after logging in to the account.

I want to change my account password or I forgot the password. What can I do?

If you forget your password, follow the below-given steps;

  • Click on the ‘Login’ option on the Home Page and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option that you see there.
  • You will now be sent a ‘Temporary Password’ to your email address.
  • Use the ‘Temporary Password’ to sign into your account. Once you signed in, you can change the ‘Temporary Password’ from ‘My Account’ section and choose a suitable one of your choice.

If you want to change your password, follow the below-given steps;

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to ‘My Account’ and choose the option ‘Change Password’.
  • Confirm your old password.
  • Now enter your ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’.
  • Your password will be successfully changed.

I want to change my email address for the account. What can I do?

The first email address that you used for creating your account cannot be changed under any circumstances.

How can I shop from Nikshan Electronics for a product?

After visiting our website, select the category of the product that you want to buy. When the Category Page is opened, you can choose the product of your interest that you are looking to buy. We also provide you the option to filter various products on the basis of their prices, brands, reviews and features. After choosing the product of your choice, you can add the same to the cart and if you do not have any other product to buy, proceed to ‘Order Placement Page’ where you can make the payment and place the order. When the order is placed, you will be notified about the confirmation of the same on your registered email address and phone number.

Is it possible for me to book multiple orders at once?

Of course, you can do that. Like the process above, you can place as many orders as you like.

Why am I not able to get the product shipped to my location?

Currently, we are servicing such areas as ABC, DEF, GHI, JKL and MNO. However, we are working on expanding our shipment radius and areas. You can check if we deliver the products to your place by entering your pin code.

How can I know whether my order has been confirmed or not?

After you place your order on our website, you will be sent a conformation email and SMS on your registered email address and phone number respectively. These communications confirm that we have received your order.

Do you allow to order multiple quantities of the product?

Yes, you can order multiple quantities of the same product as you wish.

Do you offer Gift Cards? How can I get one from your site?

Yes, we offer Gift Cards on our website. You can find the Gift Cards tab on the Footer of the website. When the page is fully loaded, you can enter the details of the recipient and your own address along with the denomination for the Gift Cards. After entering to the Term and Conditions and our Gift Card Policy, you can go ahead and generate your custom Gift Card.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

After receiving the confirmation on our system about your order, the order will be shipped immediately and reach you within three working days.

How is the delivery done?

The product will be delivered by the in-house delivery team of Nikshan Electronics. The product will be delivered at your doorstep for your convenience.

Are there any shipping charges that I need to pay?

We offer our customers with free shipping to most of the areas. If there are any charges, you will be informed about the same during your order placement.

Do you guys deliver your products Pan India?

At the moment, Nikshan Electronics does not ship our products Pan India. However, we do ship to major cities and towns in South India.

My billing address is different from shipping address. Is that a problem?

It is completely fine to have different billing and shipping address. You can choose the address where you want the product to be shipped while making the order. However, once your order is placed, you cannot change the shipping address.

Can I cancel my order anytime? If I am not satisfied with the product, can I return the same?

You can cancel the product anytime you want or return the same only during the delivery stage. In case of any damage, manufacturing defect, or wrong product delivery or specification change, you can cancel the product or return the same.

What is the reimbursement process for the products that I cancelled or returned?

It is strictly based on our ‘Cancellation Policy’ that all cancellations and refunds are processed. The refunds for the cancellation will be carried out within 7 working days in the form of a cheque or a bank transfer. Once we have processed the refund, the amount will reflect on your bank account within 2-3 days after the transfer according to the processing schedules of your bank.

If you are choosing to avail the facility to make payments through Equated Monthly Instalments, you can use the Credit/Debit Cards of the following banks in 3,6,9,12 and 24 monthly instalments.

How do I avail the EMI payment option using my Credit/Debit Card?

After adding your desired product to the cart, you can procced to the ‘Payment Option’ page. You will be prompted to choose a payment method for the purchase and you can select the EMI option available on there. After that, you can follow the below steps;

  • Choose the issuing bank from the drop-down where many banks are listed
  • Now select the preferred tenure for the EMI
  • Enter the Debit/Credit Cart that you want to use
